Center for Interfaith Dialogue

The Center for Interfaith Dialogue provides resources and offers programs for religious and spiritual diversity, identity, and well-being among UW-Madison students. The Center educates students about religious pluralism and promotes interfaith dialogue and cooperation.

Morgridge Center

The Morgridge Center for Public Service connects University of Wisconsin-Madison students, staff and faculty to local and global communities to build partnerships and solve critical issues through service and learning. In the spirit of the Wisconsin Idea, they believe in building reciprocal relationships with their partners and strong citizens among the student population.

University Health Services

The Prevention and Campus Health Initiatives unit provides population-based prevention and health promotion strategy to the UW–Madison community. UHS prevention professionals work to address important campus health issues such as sexual and relationship violence, alcohol and other drug misuse, suicide, and wellness through a health equity and social justice lens.

UHS’s no-cost mental health services include individual, couple/partner, group counseling, outreach programming, and stress management. They also offer 24/7 crisis services. Psychiatry services are also available for medication management.

UHS Survivor Services provides free, confidential support services to UW–Madison student survivors of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, and/or stalking.

University Health Services offers high-quality medical care to all UW–Madison students. Most fee-based services at UHS are covered at no cost for members of the UW–Madison Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).

University Veteran Services

University Veteran Services supports military-connected students with their transition to college and pursuit of academic success.

Center for Leadership and Involvement

The Center for Leadership & Involvement (CfLI) assists students in intentionally connecting with the far ranging opportunities that exist throughout campus, including student organizations. They offer leadership programming that supports students in making meaning of these experiences and in developing leadership capacity – the ability to affect positive change.

Gender and Sexuality Campus Center

The Gender and Sexuality Campus Center: Supporting LGBTQ+ students and their communities is a unit of UW-Madison Student Affairs. The Gender and Sexuality Campus Center provides education, outreach, advocacy, and resources for UW-Madison student communities and their allies to improve campus climate and their daily intersectional experiences.

Multicultural Student Center

The Multicultural Student Center (MSC) provides support, advocacy, and co-curricular experiences that center, affirm, and celebrate the diverse and intersectional identities of students of color.

MSC Identity Centers

The Black Cultural Center (BCC) serves Black students (including African-American, Caribbean, Afro-Latinx, and African Diaspora) by facilitating opportunities for academic and social support, co-curricular programming, and community building.

The Latinx Cultural Center supports Latinx-identifying students through a variety of programs. It was established in a start-up space as the result of student activism in 2018 and is one of four centers within the Multicultural Student Center.

The Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Student Center serves students with heritage from a variety of backgrounds that are distinct in terms of culture, language, religion, and history. Its staff host academic, professional, and social programs throughout the year to enhance the student experience, support student success, and foster a sense of belonging at UW-Madison.

The Indigenous Student Center serves Indigenous students by providing academic, professional, and social opportunities focusing on collaborative partnerships, programming, and community building at UW-Madison and beyond.
