The coalition was formed in Fall 2021 by a group of IFC men who wanted to support their community in furthering knowledge regarding sexual violence. The mission of the coalition is to actively commit to ending sexual assault and sexual violence with the Interfraternity community at UW-Madison, by disrupting the harmful norms and culture present within fraternity life through education, prevention, and advocacy.

Expectations and Selection
It is the responsibility of members and organizations to demonstrate a commitment to actively work in preventing and eliminating sexual violence within the community. Below are the membership eligibility requirements and expectations of organizations.
Eligibility
- Must be recognized by the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a student organization and be in good standing with the institution.
- Must be recognized and in good standing with the Interfraternity Council.
Expectations
- Complete and meet the Social Inquiry Form expectations set by the Interfraternity Council.
- Attend all trainings hosted by the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life and Interfraternity Council.
- Elect or appoint a coalition representative to attend regularly scheduled coalition meetings and topic based conversations.
- Chapter should expect to participate in at least 5 hours a month related to the coalition.
- Must have members attend events sponsored by the coalition throughout the academic year.
