IMPACT institute

UW-Madison is excited to be hosting IMPACT in Spring 2023, February 24 – 26th!

IMPACT® is a campus-based leadership institute designed by the North American Interfraternity Conference to foster improved relationships among fraternity and sorority leaders through an intensive, interactive two- and one-half day program.

The IMPACT® curriculum emphasizes problem solving, leadership development, values-based decision making, effective communication, and community development. Facilitators work in pairs to guide small groups of participants through the curriculum, engaging them in discussions and activities that foster critical thinking and a desire to make change occur.

We are currently inviting 80 FSL emerging leaders to attend and for 12-16 engaging and dynamic para/professionals to serve as small group facilitators.

All chapters at UW-Madison are expected to send at least one member of their chapter to IMPACT.
